Meet Chef Alessandro, our esteemed Italian Executive Chef and culinary tutor at the prestigious Lorenzo de Medici School of Nutrition, Italian Gastronomy & Culture. His passion for food began at a young age with a simple dream: "When I grow up, I will be a cook." That dream evolved into a lifelong pursuit of culinary excellence.
Chef Alessandro's journey began with intimate gatherings at friends' homes and private client events. He always believed that "Food is Love," and this philosophy infuses every dish he creates. To perfect his craft, he trained with Michelin-starred chefs, mastering techniques rooted in premium ingredients, innovative research, and, above all, love for the culinary arts. His approach highlights the quality and authenticity of local ingredients, transforming each meal into an extraordinary experience of flavors, textures, and combinations.
Since moving to Sweden in 2016, Chef Alessandro has collaborated with acclaimed restaurants across Stockholm, Norrköping, Köping, and Skellefteå. His deep understanding of authentic Italian recipes and traditions, paired with his creative flair, has earned him the title of "Food Ambassador in Sweden." Each of his creations tells a story of Italy's rich culinary heritage, filled with memories and heartwarming tales of his love for food.
