Meet Chef Alessandro, our esteemed Italian Executive Chef and culinary tutor at the prestigious Lorenzo de Medici School of Nutrition, Italian Gastronomy & Culture. His passion for food began at a young age with a simple dream: "When I grow up, I will be a cook." That dream evolved into a lifelong pursuit of culinary excellence.

Chef Alessandro's journey began with intimate gatherings at friends' homes and private client events. He always believed that "Food is Love," and this philosophy infuses every dish he creates. To perfect his craft, he trained with Michelin-starred chefs, mastering techniques rooted in premium ingredients, innovative research, and, above all, love for the culinary arts. His approach highlights the quality and authenticity of local ingredients, transforming each meal into an extraordinary experience of flavors, textures, and combinations.

Since moving to Sweden in 2016, Chef Alessandro has collaborated with acclaimed restaurants across Stockholm, Norrköping, Köping, and Skellefteå. His deep understanding of authentic Italian recipes and traditions, paired with his creative flair, has earned him the title of "Food Ambassador in Sweden." Each of his creations tells a story of Italy's rich culinary heritage, filled with memories and heartwarming tales of his love for food.

Meet Zaki Abdul Fatah, the visionary CEO behind our company. His journey began with the challenges of a fast-paced, demanding life where cooking healthy, quality meals was a luxury he often couldn't afford. While living in shared corridors in Stockholm and later in barracks in Skellefteå during his time working at Northvolt, Zaki experienced firsthand the need for accessible, nutritious meals.

Driven by his own experiences and a desire to make a difference, Zaki founded this business with a mission: to offer healthy, delicious meals at affordable prices. What makes his vision truly unique is the structure of the company—owned by both the workers and the customers, it empowers everyone involved. It's not just about food; it's about building a community where quality, taste, and well-being come first.

Finally! There is company who provides you with a variety of delicious fresh and healthy cooked meals around the day. I subscribed to the basic meal plan, it’s get delivered to my work place and home in Jörn. perfect for lunch time, and the dinner food box is perfect for the evening, I stopped doing any groceries for food.
